All existing members are required to pay for their membership renewal on or before 30 June each year.

By 30 June: Renew and Pay by this date to ensure continuous voting rights, club privileges and financial membership status.
1 July – 31 August: Memberships unpaid by 1 July will become unfinancial and club privileges will be temporarily suspended.
After 31 August: Unpaid memberships will be formally terminated and a new membership application will be required.
